How does TNT deliver a medical records storage solution?
UHCW’s medical records are stored off-site by TNT, and we make sure that these records are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We can get the records to the hospital in a range of speeds, from 1.5 hours for an Emergency request to a next day delivery.
By introducing the O’Neil electronic data management system, all the medical records can be tracked and traced. We take the task of clinically preparing all the patient files and prepare the medical records before delivering them on a dedicated vehicle. Of course, this is all in line with our highest quality service level agreements.
To help UHCW take the process a step further, TNT ensures that the records are secure and up-to-date by providing a database reconciliation and data destruction process.
