To begin, we put in place a dedicated collection and delivery service of unpaid cheques. The solution
utilises 27 vehicles, performing 84 collections and deliveries from 55 locations during specific time
windows. We sort and consolidate them at TNT’s hub, ready to be sent to one of C&CCC’s member
banks. All this ensures the cheques are delivered before 8am on the next working day.

polythene envelopes and barcodes to keep their mail safe and we always know exactly where their
items are en route. We send daily management reports to all the financial institutions to give proof
